What to include
Email hello@watershortcut.com with the page link and a short description of what you expected and what happened. For a calculation or guide correction, include the inputs you used and a link to the utility or other public source that supports the change.
If a button or form does not work, include your browser and device type. Remove personal details from screenshots. Do not send account numbers, payment information, passwords, or an unredacted water bill.
Billing questions
WaterShortcut provides tools and guides; we cannot access your utility account or change a bill. Contact your water utility directly for account records, payment arrangements, disputes, or adjustment decisions. Our leak-adjustment evidence checklist can help you prepare the information to ask about your utility's process.
We do not provide emergency plumbing help. For an urgent leak, contact your utility or an appropriate local repair service.
